These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Future Times website at futuretimes.cloud and any associated services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Future Times is a digital publication that combines prediction market data with editorial analysis to inform professional decision-makers. Our editorial content uses signals derived from prediction markets such as Polymarket to provide probabilistic context to news and analysis.

Prediction market probabilities represent the aggregated views of market participants and are not guaranteed outcomes. They are one data source among many and should be treated accordingly. Past accuracy of prediction markets is not indicative of future performance.

2. Editorial Standards and AI Content

Future Times publishes content generated with the assistance of AI systems, including large language models. All AI-assisted content is subject to editorial oversight; however, we cannot guarantee that every article is free from factual error. Articles may reflect the state of information available at the time of generation and may become outdated.

The use of AI in editorial production is a core part of our service. By using Future Times, you acknowledge and accept that content may be AI-assisted and that you should apply independent judgment when acting on any information published here.

3. Wallet Intelligence Feature

The Wallet Intelligence feature analyses publicly available on-chain activity associated with Polygon wallet addresses via Polymarket's public data API. This feature is provided for informational purposes only. Analysis results, including AI-generated commentary, do not constitute advice of any kind. Past trading patterns of a wallet do not predict future performance.

By using this feature, you confirm that you are not relying on its output for any financial, legal, or investment decision. Analysis data is sourced from third-party public APIs and may contain errors or be incomplete.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Future Times offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscribers gain access to additional features including unlimited articles, deep research content, and prediction market signals. Features available on each tier are described on the Subscribe page and may be updated from time to time.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers, delivered by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and subscribe. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service without our prior written consent
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute subscription-only content outside the Service
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or security measures
• Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on Future Times, including articles, analysis, data visualisations, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Future Times and is protected by copyright. You may read and share individual articles for personal, non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Data and Services

Our Service relies on data from third-party sources including Polymarket and other prediction markets. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such third-party data. Links to external websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Future Times and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) shall do so.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protections apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email or via a notice on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
